TERMS AND CONDITIONS aiview.bot

1. Definitions
   1.1. aiview.bot: the online service provided via the website www.aiview.bot (hereinafter: “the Website”).
   1.2. User: any natural person or legal entity that registers on the waitlist of aiview.bot.
   1.3. Services: the future application and associated functionalities that will be delivered by aiview.bot.
   1.4. Personal Data: the name, email address, and job title/function of the User, as provided during registration.

2. Applicability
   2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all registrations on the waitlist of aiview.bot and to all services that aiview.bot provides now or in the future.
   2.2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by aiview.bot.

3. Registration and Waitlist
   3.1. A User can register on the waitlist through the Website by providing name, valid email address, and job title/function.
   3.2. Registration does not imply any purchase or subscription obligation and does not guarantee the delivery of the Services.
   3.3. aiview.bot maintains the order of registrations. Upon launch of the Services, the User will receive a notification at the provided email address.

4. Use of Personal Data
   4.1. aiview.bot processes and stores the Personal Data exclusively to:
   a. Inform Users about the launch and relevant updates;
   b. Compile statistical reports and analyses (anonymized);
   c. Contact Users regarding questions about the registration.
   4.2. aiview.bot will not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data with third parties.
   4.3. aiview.bot will not share Personal Data without permission, except if required by law or with the explicit consent of the User.

5. Confidentiality
   5.1. Parties shall keep all confidential information, including Personal Data, confidential and shall not use it for purposes other than those specified in these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property
   6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Website and future Services are owned by aiview.bot or its licensors.
   6.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants the User any rights or licenses to the (source) code, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of aiview.bot.

7. Liability
   7.1. aiview.bot strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that the Website or future Services will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.
   7.2. aiview.bot is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website or Services, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of aiview.bot.

8. Amendments
   8.1. aiview.bot reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments will be published on the Website and sent by email to already registered Users.
   8.2. Amendments take effect 14 days after publication, unless otherwise stated.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
   9.1. These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
   9.2. Disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
